In the simplest of terms, a general contractor is in charge of everything, keeping your project on schedule and on budget, and working with you for the entire length of your building design and building construction project. The general contractor handles construction management duties, including procurement of necessary materials, hiring of subcontractors for specific building construction duties, communication with vendors and trades, monitoring schedule and budgetary concerns, and overall supervision of the construction site.

Yes, absolutely! This is your building design and building construction project, and your wants and needs should always be kept front of mind by your general contractor. As a construction company, Millennium Construction, Inc. is proud to usher in a “New Era of Building”, putting the customer first in all aspects of the design build process.

We aim to leave the job site cleaner than when we arrived. Of course, what we do can be dirty. We tarp our work area, broom sweep and magnetic broom sweep the work area to get any possible debris. We also provide porta potties where applicable.

With any remodeling project, you can’t see everything until exposed. We over-communicate every exception we see and involve you in the process and solution. 

Any changes are discussed prior and agreed upon by you prior to us taking any action.
